座位是吧台設計,開放式廚房,沒有辦法避免的油煙,點餐是自助的點餐機,杯水自助,桌上有面紙有抹布,餐點送到面前用完餐放回原位,真真正正的自助
餐點依份量加大加價,不喜歡澱粉的人可以把飯換成高麗菜絲,寫評論還會送小菜

日式拌青菜拌菜的醬很鹹鹹度超越味增湯的味道,醬的有點甜有點果酸還有點咖哩香氣,味道挺複雜的
味增湯中有豆皮、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、豬肉、菇等用料豐富,湯走日式偏鹹風格

重頭戲烤五花肉丼,五花肉上灑有孜然粉,上來立馬放上溫泉蛋,劃破溫泉蛋的蛋黃,肉沾上蛋黃增加口感跟香氣,配上高麗菜口感更升級,高麗菜是粗絲不是炸豬排的細絲有點可惜,五花肉的熟度是剛熟的熟度,所以口感是脆口的口感,豬肉的油脂肉汁還不夠奔放,有點可惜
