[乾煎香草「嫩」雞胸肉]
聽說雞胸肉永遠只有一種評價,那就是「柴」,又乾澀又沒有口感。不過近年來健身風盛行,雞胸肉又是蛋白質補充名單第一的選項,坊間也推出了許多「舒肥」、嫩煎等食譜教學,今天就來試做看看!

[品嚐心得]
不得不說我真是誤會雞胸肉了,怎麼會這麼好吃!
肉質軟嫩有彈性,完全不柴不澀,相當新鮮,完美合併佐料的氣味,橄欖油與雞胸肉搭配,使原先強烈的油味昇華成料理的香氣(當然,喜歡橄欖油的讀者也可以額外佐伴橄欖油)我覺得再搭配番茄🍅或黑橄欖應該也是很棒的吃法。
我一個人就吃完半份雞胸肉了,難怪很多人都因此省略米飯🍚😂
