在Ubuntu上建立 galaxyproject
IPFS
系統需求: (建議Ubuntu 18.04)
- UNIX/Linux or Mac OSX
- Python 3.6 or newer
把galaxy clone下來
git clone -b release_21.09 https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy.git
進到資料夾裡面執行
sh run.sh
(config/config.yml)<<<<修改細節即完成
samtools bcftools htslib都要自行安裝
