新一屆行政長官選舉今日（5月8日）在灣仔會展舉行，唯一候選人李家超以1416張支持票，8張不支持票，當選成為候任特首，為香港歷史譜寫新一頁。另一邊廂，香港市民似乎不太關心這攸關香港未來的選舉，在街頭如常過活。這日常，彷彿也變得不尋常。

Hong Kong’s leadership election was held on 8 May 2022 in Wan Chai for the new term of the Chief Executive. John Lee Ka-chiu, the sole candidate, has been confirmed to be the city’s Chief Executive-elect. A new page has just been written for Hong Kong’s history. While in the streets, apparently unconcerned by the election, Hong Kong citizens live as usual. This daily phenomenon seems to become unusual.
