乐于戏论者，

离道无解脱.

舍断戏论者，

得无上涅槃。

注释：

戏论：Mental proliferation refers to unskillful habits of the mind when you are not mindful. If unguarded, the mind picks up random concepts and constantly rolls with them in all directions, much like a pinball machine ball; this process in turn creates a vicious cycle of mental conflict and distraction from the pure experience of the present moment.

Yo papañcamanuyutto, papañcābhirato mago;

Virādhayī so nibbānaṃ, yogakkhemaṃ anuttaraṃ.

Yo ca papañcaṃ hitvāna, nippapañcapade rato;

Ārādhayī so nibbānaṃ, yogakkhemaṃ anuttaran ti.

The fool who indulges in conceptual proliferation,Being excessively fond of it,

Has missed the way to Nibbāna, The incomparable freedom from bondage.

He who, having given up conceptual proliferation, Delights in the path to nonproliferation,

Is well on the way to Nibbāna, The incomparable freedom from bondage.

兽类是虚妄的欢乐者，致力于虚妄，

那是无上离轭安稳之涅盘的失败者。

凡舍断虚妄后，在不虚妄上喜乐者，

他是无上离轭安稳之涅盘的成功者。
