February. Year. The war.

One year has 365 days. A year has passed since the beginning of the attack on Ukraine. But tomorrow the war will continue. Since February 24, 2022, our entire lives have been turned upside down. That's why the counter doesn't stop at 365. As long as the war continues, we continue to live and count the days of war, and tomorrow is the 366th day. Zeroing will start only after the victory.

The war will end, and those who survive will stop counting the days of war. But those who have lost relatives, children, or parents will spend the rest of their lives counting the days without their loved ones. For them, the war will never end.

It was very scary on the first day, but 365 days later it is no less scary. But I can't cry, I cried when my friend died.

In the early days, the whole world expected Ukraine to lose in three days. The whole world is now watching with amazement the struggle of a small state against a giant monster. Unfortunately, we have suffered huge losses. Almost every Ukrainian has lost someone close to them. Our struggle for freedom cost us great sacrifices.

I began to respect our President Zelensky more. But I see how much he has aged in just one year. I think he hardly sleeps at all. President Zelensky has even partially lost his eyesight. But he strives hard and is fearless. Even I remember the first press conferences during the war, when Zelensky did not flee abroad. And the fighting was still going on near Kyiv, and Zelensky was not sure that he would survive, as he said at the time. He was ready to stay in Kyiv until his death.

All of us have been exhausted over the year. Every air raid is a nervous tension, every explosion is stress. But this is nothing compared to what the people who were shot at, who saw their children killed in front of their eyes, went through. Who lived in basements for months without food.

One day, the whole world will be able to see scary documentaries. They will watch the real footage and won't believe that it really happened. Because reality is much scarier than movies. The whole world will see the atrocities, torture and mass executions organized by the Russians. You will cry when you watch this film. You will remember my words.

We really all want peace, but we also don't want to lose. We do not want the "russian world" to come to us. We wish with all our hearts that the perpetrators would be punished. And I am very sorry that China does not support Ukraine. I am also very grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine.
